Bike or walk a section of the City Wall, or visit the Bell / Drum Tower area and nearby Muslim Quarter for snacks. Keep luggage light; save dress-up for later.
Metro or DiDi toward Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayan Pagoda) and Datang Everbright City. Yunjin Chang'an is on Cuihua Road nearby — not at the Bell Tower and not inside the night mall.
Arrive at the studio with enough buffer before sunset. ¥199 covers hanfu + makeup & hair so you can take phone photos; add a photo package from ¥599 if you want a photographer.
Soft light on the pagoda plazas, then boulevard lights after blue hour. Ask staff the walking route from Cuihua Road.
Photo tips near Dayan Pagoda / Cuihua Road
- Finish makeup before you want golden-hour / blue-hour light on the plazas.
- Wide sleeves photograph well against open sky and Tang-style façades; avoid blocking museum or temple pathways.
- Weekend nights are crowded — leave extra walking time from the studio to the boulevard.
- Phone night mode works for DIY shots on the ¥199 package; a photographer is a separate from-¥599 package.

We are a physical hanfu studio at Ground-floor shop, Cuihuali, Cuihua Road, Yanta District, Xi'an, Shaanxi, next to Crystal Orange Hotel, at Shili Hongzhuang Ge (十里红妆阁). Hours daily 10:00–21:00. We are not a Bell Tower branch, not inside Datang Everbright City pedestrian mall, and not inside Shaanxi History Museum. Taxi card: 陕西省西安市雁塔区翠华路翠华里一层商铺（桔子水晶酒店隔壁十里红妆阁）.
FAQ
Is the studio next to the Bell Tower?
No. Yunjin Chang'an is on Cuihua Road near Dayan Pagoda / Datang Everbright City. Visit the Bell Tower area earlier, then travel south for dress-up.
Can I wear hanfu on the City Wall?
Some visitors do; rules and ticket timing vary. Many people prefer Tang-style looks for the pagoda squares and night boulevard instead. Ask us when you book if you want a Wall photo package.
How long is makeup?
About 1–2 hours for selection + one-to-one makeup and hair. Book so you finish before the light you want.
